Day 01 Chandigarh – Shimla (120 Km 4-5hrs)
Arrive at Chandigarh Airport/railway station and our cab driver meet over there. After that transfer to Shimla by cab. En route: Solan. Check in to selected hotel. Evening time free for leisure at The Mall. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Shimla – Sarahan (170 km 6-8 hrs)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Sarahan. En route : Kufri, Narkanda, Rampur Bushahr. Check in to selected hotel. The small village of Sarahan lies against the scenic backdrop of Pine trees, wild flowers, and many gushing streams, with apple orchards and Oaks that provide a sharp contrast against the snowy mountains. Deep down the valley, river Sutlej flows where stand tall the peaks of Shreekhand. Sarahan is the abode of famous Bhimkali Temple, which is a sacred pilgrimage centre for the Hindus, and is one of the fifty-one Shaktipeethas. The temple boast an unusual architecture and displays beautiful carvings that make it a perfect example of the Indo-Tibetan style. The region was once the summer capital of the Bushahr State. Quite nearby to the temple, there is a breeding centre for pheasants which is also home for Monal, the State Bird. Fifty km from Sarahan is the captivating Bhaba Valley, which with its picturesque setting, Alpine Meadows, and Reservoir Lake, attracts quite a significant amount of tourists. Day 03: Sarahan – Sangla (90 km 3-4 hrs)
Sarahan – Sangla Today morning after breakfast visit famous Bhimakali Temple. After that drive to Sangla. En route : Teranda Mata Temple, Teranda Dhank (world’s most dangerous road) and Karcham Dam. Check into selected hotel. After that you can do a short trek to Kamru Fort. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 04: Sangla – Chitkul – Local sightseeing
After breakfast visit to Batseri Village (one of the beautiful village of Kinnaur). After that visit to Chhitkul (last village of Kinnaur attached with Tibbet border). After that back to Sangla for local sightseeing Place covered : Budhhist Monastery, Bering nag Temple, Sangla meadow and Local market of Sangla. Overnight stay at sangla.
Day 05: Sangla – Kalpa – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast Local Sightseeing Today morning proceed to Kalpa. En Route : Reckong Peo Market (Distt. Headquater of Kinnaur). On reaching Kalpa, check into the hotel. Once known as Chinni, little has changed in Kalpa in the last 500 years. Legend has it that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. By the side of Kalpa is a 79- foot rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes the colour as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. Day 06 Kalpa – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast visit for local sightseeing. Places covered : Suicide Point, Roghi village, Narayan Nagini Temple & Chinni Village. There You can purchase local souvenir. Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
Day 07 Kalpa – Chandigarh Drop
After breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed to Chandigarh. Drop at Chandigarh Airport/railway station in evening time.
